DELIVERIES
1:All prices are inclusive of delivery to mainland UK addresses. Goods can be sent to a forwarding agent for overseas deliveries. Please note that once deliveries are made to your designated address, Radiator Showroom will not accept any damages or losses that may be caused by third parties.
2: Once goods are ready from the manufacturer, they will be despatched by overnight courier to your designated address. Dependent on your order, goods should reach you within 1-2 days of the despatch date shown. Occasionally some delays do occur. In this instance we will endeavour to notify you prior to your delivery date if we are made aware by our suppliers. In order to avoid any problems with receiving your goods, we suggest you have deliveries made where someone will be available to accept receipt of the goods and carry them indoors. Couriers are appointed by the manufacturers and employed to deliver to consignee addresses only. Once delivered to your designated address, moving the goods indoors will be your responsibility. Please ensure you are able to do this or have someone available to assist you in this.
3: Couriers, appointed by our manufacturers will make two attempts to delivery goods to your designated address. In the first instance if the delivery is failed, they will leave a card detailing their office number and when they will call again. Should you not be available to accept receipt on the second delivery, please notify the couriers prior to the delivery date and they will arrange a more convenient time. Should the second delivery fail, goods will be returned to the manufacturer and delivery charges will be applied to re-deliver. Due to nature of our business, and the outside parties involved in supplying your goods, Radiator Showroom cannot be held responsible for consequential losses incurred by late or incomplete deliveries. Please note that our product offering is supplied by a number of manufacturers who use their own independent couriers. As a result, your goods could arrive on separate days and from different couriers. Should you require your goods to be delivered on the same day, please contact us and we will request despatch from the manufacturers on a certain day. Please note: every endeavour will be made to provide this service for you and in most cases, we can achieve this successfully however, should goods not arrive on a specific date, Radiator Showroom cannot be held responsible for any consequential losses.
4: Every effort will be made to deliver your goods complete, in good order and in a timely fashion. Occasionally, errors do occur which we will endeavour to rectify as soon as possible. We recommend you check all goods and make sure all component parts are complete and in good order prior to appointing your installer.
5: All delivery services are carried out by third parties, therefore we would ask you to sign all deliveries as 'Unchecked' after inspecting for any damage. Should there be any damage on the packaging, please refuse delivery from the courier and contact us immediately. This will enable our manufacturers to make claims for any mishandling or mistreatment. Should you find goods to be damaged after unpacking, please contact us immediately. No claim will be accepted after a duration of 48 hours after delivery. Any goods signed for as 'Received in good condition' cannot be eligible for damage claims.
RETURNS & CANCELLATION. Radiator Showroom prides itself on the supply of high quality products at reasonable prices. We are sure you will be delighted with your product. On occasions where a product is unsuitable for the customer or you are not happy with your product once received, you are able to return goods to us or our suppliers within 7 days of receipt in the following circumstances and prior to notifying us in writing. Charges for collection and restocking of products may apply.
Standard product, undamaged, unused and in a resaleable condition (including packaging).
Goods which are noted as 'Bespoke' (including dual fuel, electric only and gold towel warmers) will be commissioned for production by our manufacturers on your behalf and are non returnable after commencement of works. Please note: Whilst we try to maintain continuity of supply and make every effort to meet lead times specified, external forces such as suppliers, couriers and the size and weight of the products offered occasionally result in delays in supply, missing ancillary items or in extreme cases, damages.
Problems of this nature are usually rectified within hours and at most, days, but can cause problems if you schedule an installer prior to receiving and fully checking your goods. We therefore recommend that you schedule any labour after receipt of your goods or at least leave a window of time for the goods to arrive, and explain to your installer that you are awaiting supply and may need to reschedule. This will allow you adequate time to instruct your installer accordingly. Most installers are happy to accommodate this and would in fact prefer this rather than cancel the works to return to you at a later stage.
We can offer carcassing information for your installer and supply any controls or ancillary products prior to your product arriving if this will assist with your installer's schedule. Due to this recommendation, we do not accept any charges levied by installers, should any unfortunate situations occur with supply.
